Breathwork calms stress, boosts energy, supports sleep, eases pain, balances hormones…
…and reconnects you to something deeper.

It’s more than breath control.
It’s transformation — body, mind, and soul. #pranayama #breathe #breath #breathworkhealing #holistic #yogatherapy #yogalife #verdun
What if letting go isn’t something you do… but What if letting go isn’t something you do… but something you stop doing?

In yoga, we call this vairāgya—the gentle art of non-attachment.

Letting go doesn’t always mean walking away.
Sometimes, it means loosening your grip on what is hurting you.

On the story.
On the grudges.
On the anger.

This is inner minimalism—
Clearing space not just in your home,
but in your mind, your calendar, your nervous system.

FAQ

Is yoga therapy available virtually or only in person?

Both! I have a small number of in-person slots; however, virtual offers us more flexibility. If you feel strongly that you'd like to meet in person and my slots are full, I'm happy to start working with you virtually and put you on the waitlist for in-person sessions.

Does my private health insurance cover your services?

Yes, As registered members with THE RITMA COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE ASSOCIATION, most yoga therapy services can be covered under "Alternate medicine and Naturotherapy" by your health insurance. Massage therapy services are covered under the standard "Massage Therapy" category.

We can provide you with an insurance receipt after your session to help you claim reimbursement. Just let us know at your next appointment!

Please note: Coverage details can vary depending on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm coverage for yoga therapy services.
