Last night’s Vagus Nerve Restoration Workshop was pure magic. We spent two hours diving deep into somatic breathwork and gentle nervous system regulation techniques, all designed to pull us out of “fight-or-flight” and straight into “rest-and-digest.”
Seeing the visible shift in the group—from tense shoulders to deep, peaceful smiles—is everything. A huge thank you to all 29 of you who showed up, trusted the process, and took the time to care for your bodies at the cellular level.

FAQ

Is yoga therapy available virtually or only in person?

Yoga therapy is available both online and in person.

I offer a limited number of in-person sessions, while online sessions provide greater flexibility and accessibility.

If you prefer in-person work but no slots are currently available, you are welcome to begin online sessions in the meantime. I can also add you to the waitlist for in-person availability.

Does my private health insurance cover your services?

Y

Yes. As registered members of The RITMA Complementary Medicine Association, most yoga therapy sessions may be covered under Complementary Medicine or Naturotherapy, depending on your insurance provider.

Integrative BodyMind Therapy sessions are typically covered under the standard Massage Therapy category.

After your session, I can provide an insurance receipt to support your reimbursement claim. Please let me know at the time of your appointment if you require one.

Coverage varies between providers and plans, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance company to confirm your specific benefits.
