It’s the beginning. In the darkness, senses softe It’s the beginning.

In the darkness, senses soften.
The noise fades away.
What was hidden begins to grow.

Darkness asks the real questions:
Who am I when nothing is seen?
What stays when there’s nothing to hold?

Then — light appears.
Not as an escape,
but as recognition.

Light is not separate from darkness.
It is born through it.

This is the journey:
from unknowing to clarity,
from contraction to presence,
from darkness… into truth. #yogalife #ashram #sivananda #sunrise #fromdarknesstolight
Narayani’s first workshop in Jordan 🌿 Today’s lymp Narayani’s first workshop in Jordan 🌿
Today’s lymphatic wellness workshop was a gentle reset for the body. Through self-massage, soft yoga therapy movements, and conscious relaxation, we supported the body’s natural flow and renewal.

Deep gratitude to everyone who joined us, and to One with Nature for the beautiful, serene space. #lymphatichealth

Lessons from Being Staff at the Sivananda Ashram : Lessons from Being Staff at the Sivananda Ashram : Lesson 1
Waking before sunrise… not out of duty, but because the stillness and silence draw you in.

Lesson 2
Service becomes its own form of practice. The simplest tasks soften the ego far more than any advanced posture.

Lesson 3
Community becomes your mirror. Your support system. The people who walk beside you as you grow, unravel, and rebuild.

Lesson 4
Living yoga is very different from doing yoga. It reshapes you from the inside out.

Lesson 5
Joy isn’t born from comfort—it rises from connection. With yourself, with others, with nature, with consciousness itself.

Lesson 6
Sunrise, snow, forest, long corridors, chanting bells… everything becomes part of your practice.

Lesson 7
Being staff isn’t a role. It’s a transformation. A remembering of who you are beneath all the noise.

The ashram changes the way we work, the way we serve, the way we live.
And it keeps shaping us—long after we leave. #yogalife #community #ashram

FAQ

Is yoga therapy available virtually or only in person?

Both! I have a small number of in-person slots; however, virtual offers us more flexibility. If you feel strongly that you'd like to meet in person and my slots are full, I'm happy to start working with you virtually and put you on the waitlist for in-person sessions.

Does my private health insurance cover your services?

Yes, As registered members with THE RITMA COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE ASSOCIATION, most yoga therapy services can be covered under "Alternate medicine and Naturotherapy" by your health insurance. Massage therapy services are covered under the standard "Massage Therapy" category.

We can provide you with an insurance receipt after your session to help you claim reimbursement. Just let us know at your next appointment!

Please note: Coverage details can vary depending on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm coverage for yoga therapy services.
