Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu 🕊️ “M Lokāḥ Samastāḥ Sukhino Bhavantu 🕊️
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free.”

This ancient Sanskrit mantra is more than a phrase — it’s a living prayer, a shared intention, and a soft reminder that our personal peace is woven into the fabric of all life.

Whether whispered in meditation, sung in kirtan, or quietly held in your heart, this mantra invites compassion, unity, and a deep sense of interconnection.

Let it ripple outward — from your breath into the world. 🌍

Balance in yoga? It’s not just about not falling Balance in yoga?
It’s not just about not falling over. 😉

✅ Standing poses build proprioception.
🌀 Your nervous system recalibrates.
🧠 Your mind returns to stillness.
💨 Your breath becomes the bridge.
🌿 Your lifestyle begins to sync with nature’s rhythm.

Yoga teaches:
Balance is not a destination.
It’s a returning.
Again and again—on the mat and in life.

📖 From the ancient texts:
• “Yoga is the stilling of the mind’s fluctuations.” — Yoga Sutra 1.2
• “One who is not shaken by pleasure or pain is steady in wisdom.” — Bhagavad Gita 5.20

FAQ

Is yoga therapy available virtually or only in person?

Both! I have a small number of in-person slots; however, virtual offers us more flexibility. If you feel strongly that you'd like to meet in person and my slots are full, I'm happy to start working with you virtually and put you on the waitlist for in-person sessions.

Does my private health insurance cover your services?

Yes, As registered members with THE RITMA COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE ASSOCIATION, most yoga therapy services can be covered under "Alternate medicine and Naturotherapy" by your health insurance. Massage therapy services are covered under the standard "Massage Therapy" category.

We can provide you with an insurance receipt after your session to help you claim reimbursement. Just let us know at your next appointment!

Please note: Coverage details can vary depending on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm coverage for yoga therapy services.
