Walking, climbing, balancing, breathing.

A few yoga poses in the heart of Wadi Mujib, surrounded by water, rock, and silence.

Nature is the most beautiful yoga studio.

Sitting, scrolling, slouching — it all adds up. Th Sitting, scrolling, slouching — it all adds up. This stick-assisted flow is one of the gentlest ways to undo that tension and retrain your posture from the inside out.

What’s actually happening here:
✔ Your spine is finding its natural curve again
✔ Your chest is opening — finally
✔ Your shoulders are dropping away from your ears
✔ Your body is learning what “aligned” actually feels like

No pain. No forcing. Just your body remembering how it’s supposed to move. 🤍

The stick gives you something to feel against — instant feedback, better form, more confidence in every rep.

This is how posture changes. Not overnight. But one mindful movement at a time.

Save this for your morning routine. 🌅

This video comes from « Vagus Nerve Anatomy and Re This video comes from « Vagus Nerve Anatomy and Regulation Training » in Dubai with Professor Ludmila Vasilieva.
What touched me most was not only the science — but how deeply it connects with what I observe every day in practice.
During the training, I had the chance to share some of my clinical experience: how often jaw and tongue tension reflect a deeper state of inner holding… and how, when this area softens, the whole system begins to shift.
The muscles of the jaw and tongue are closely linked to the pathways of the vagus nerve. When we hold tension here (often unconsciously), it can keep the body in a state of subtle stress: shallow breath, tight throat, restless mind.
Gentle release of the jaw, softening the tongue, and bringing awareness to this area can send a signal of safety to the body.
Sometimes, a simple shift — unclenching, exhaling, softening — can open the door to deeper relaxation.
Small area… powerful effect.

FAQ

Is yoga therapy available virtually or only in person?

Both! I have a small number of in-person slots; however, virtual offers us more flexibility. If you feel strongly that you'd like to meet in person and my slots are full, I'm happy to start working with you virtually and put you on the waitlist for in-person sessions.

Does my private health insurance cover your services?

Yes, As registered members with THE RITMA COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE ASSOCIATION, most yoga therapy services can be covered under "Alternate medicine and Naturotherapy" by your health insurance. Massage therapy services are covered under the standard "Massage Therapy" category.

We can provide you with an insurance receipt after your session to help you claim reimbursement. Just let us know at your next appointment!

Please note: Coverage details can vary depending on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm coverage for yoga therapy services.
