Our yoga therapy program caters to various needs, including backcare, recovery from injuries and surgery, improving posture and mobility, addressing mental health concerns like grief, anxiety, and depression, managing chronic pain and conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and cancer, as well as supporting respiratory ailments and sleep disorders.
