With a lifelong fascination for the healing power of human touch and energy, complemented by extensive clinical knowledge in mental health, I see the body as a resource for self-discovery and healing. Specializing in holistic massage therapy, with a focus on Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® and Holistic BodyMind Therapeutic Massage, I help you to access your innate somatic wisdom by inducing deep relaxation and relieving aches and tensions. My intention is  to empower your body to activate its natural healing powers so you can achieve the optimal state of wellbeing and harmony.

My enduring passion for movement and wellness, combined with my education in yoga therapy (C-IAYT), Ayurveda lifestyle, breathwork, and yoga, provides me with a unique perspective on how we navigate life’s imbalances in our body and mind. With over 1200 hours of extensive training, my commitment to your well-being is unwavering.

My intention is that everyone I encounter can experience a greater sense of well-being, particularly if we release the notion that health is determined solely by age or diagnosis, and instead focus on joy and overall wellness. Your body, your needs, your goals are at the heart of my approach.

The meaning of our logo & name

Our logo represents our brand’s values and aspirations. It conveys the importance of self-reflection, spiritual connection and finding inner peace. The name “Narayani” highlights the divine feminine energy and the role of a nurturing force in creating harmony and balance.The tagline recognizes wellness as a lifelong journey not a destination.

Here is the meaning of the different elements:

Narayani  नारायणी

In the vedic/yogic tradition, Narayani represents the supreme Mother of the Universe bringing light, love and peace to restore goodness and righteousness to our world. It signifies a nurturing and protective force that provides the basis for all living things.

Wellness Journey 

We believe there’s more to health than just avoiding illness. Your wellness journey is your path to a vibrant, balanced, and purposeful life. It’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit – the whole you – to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Conch shell (Shankha)

The sound produced by the conch shell is associated with the sacred syllable ‘Om,’ which is considered the primordial sound of creation. The sound of the conch is believed to bring freshness, new hope, and positive vibrations.

Colors

The color blue holds significant meaning in the practice of yoga. It is seen as a powerful symbol of spiritual growth, authenticity, and self-expression. It is believed to promote calmness, mental focus, and a sense of expansiveness and freedom. The color blue is frequently utilized in color therapy to promote relaxation, communication, healing, focus, and stability.

The color purple is a powerful symbol in yoga, representing spirituality, calmness, abundance, and healing. In color therapy, purple is often used to alleviate headaches, reduce anxiety, and promote mental clarity.
